Let's go back to June, 25th. I don't have to remind you what you heard, because we all will never forget.

According to the 911 call CM performed CPR on a bed. This is a huge mistake and a doctor knows and everyone who ever completed a first aid course knows that CPR should only performed on a flat, hard surface.

But more about Conrad Murray, the one who gave Propofol to Michael. Murray is a cardiologist, but as far as we are informed Michael had no heart problems, so hiring a cardiologist was obviously unnecessary. Furthermore Propofol should only be administered by an anesthesiologist in a hospital with constant monitoring of breath and heart rate. Additionally there should be another caretaker. Leaving a patient while being under anesthetic is more than reckless and administering Propofol at home in order to treat insomnia without monitoring the patient is not allowed. And it is a FACT that a doctor knows it. There is no doubt.
Let's take a look on general anesthesia:
General anesthesia is being used for the elimination of certain body functions for the purpose of surgical procedures, anesthetization, loss of consciousness, muscles relaxation and lessens the functions autonomic nervous system. Does not seem you can treat insomnia with Propofol.

The will was signed on July 7th 2002 in L.A. But Michael was actually in New York from July 6th to July 9th 2002 for a Anti-Sony/Tommy Mottola campaign.

Branca's answer to this is that it was clerical error and the witness who signed it FORGOT where he was. The purpose of the witnesses is:
- to attest testator’s identity, date and LOCATION to that of the will
- to attest that the testator is in disposing mind

The childrens' names in the will are wrong.

The will shows that Deborah is Michael’s former wife, but she’s referred to as „Deborah Jean Rowe JACKSON“.
Deborah Rowe’s middle name is incorrect.

The will gives Branca and McClain complete control of the Trust but they are also the ones with power to designate a successor trustee.

There isn‘t an article in the will that declares that Michael‘s children would become the trustees upon reaching a certain age.

With full power and authority, Branca & Co can create a second trust. And this second trust doesn‘t have to have anything to do with the Jackson family at all. There is nothing in the will that says this can't be done.

All the paragraphs are initialed (by someone) EXCEPT the important ones where the testator:
- identifies himself
- lists the names of children
- declares his intention
- mentions the Family Trust
- designates guardians

The Articles pertaining to the executors and the estate giving them full power and authority have initials next to them.

SPECULATIONS
(Maybe we will find more info about it later)

None of us have seen the previous Michael’s will from 1997 which is also in Branca's possession. Perhaps Katherine is a co-executor of the estate in the 97 Will. The family wants the 97 will, the estate wants the 02 will. There is a reason why Branca fought so hard to keep Katherine off the board. If Katherine was a co-executor, she can veto any decisions Branca makes that she doesnt like such as selling the ATV catalog in Sept 2010 (which is what this is all about).

Media reported that 97 and 02 will are identical in percentages and trust and that Branca is an executor of 97 will too. So contesting the validity of the 2002 will is pointless.
Michael Jackson was a married man with one child in 1997. How could it be plausible that 97 and 02 wills are identical? In the 97 will Michael leaves 40 % to his child. It is plausible to think that Michael kept the same percentage after adding Paris and Blanket.

Michael reportedly made a new will every 5 years. It means he supposedly made a new will on 2007. Where is this will?
